How to take check-in photos (all athletes)

  • Natural Lighting or a ring light is best
  • Avoid loud / buys backgrounds (ideally against a single colour
    wall)
  • Phone setup at hip / belly button height, not below you facing
    upwards
  • Full body visible
  • No mirror pics or selfies
  • If not using a ring light always have flash on
  • Take a video and take screenshot’s of each pose needed in the
    video, this will save time from having to run back and fourth
    hoping your timer workeD
